Meet the Artist
"My passion is pottery. I love hand building and finding new and exciting ways to use glazes to create wonderful effects." A Taupō Art Connection ceramic artist working across sculptural wall art and playful, characterful figures.
About
Verna Jensen works in ceramics, moving between richly glazed wall art — like her deep-blue humpback whale, textured with carved baleen lines — and playful, brightly painted sculptural figures full of character and colour.
